This page explains what the numbers on this site mean, and which of them still need confirming before you rely on them.

Who you are dealing with

I am AP, a salesperson registered with OMVIC (#5880331) working at the Bramgate Volkswagen Pre-Owned Centre, 268 Queen St E, Brampton, ON L6V 1B9.

Every vehicle on this site is inventory of Bramgate Volkswagen and is sold by Bramgate Volkswagen. This site is my own shop window for that inventory; it is not a separate dealership and it does not itself sell vehicles.

Prices

Advertised prices are all-in in line with OMVIC advertising standards, excluding HST and licensing.
Prices can change, and they change at Bramgate's end, not mine.
Errors and omissions excepted. If a price here is wrong, it does not create an obligation to sell at that price. I will tell you straight away and give you the correct figure.

Availability

Inventory on this site is refreshed automatically from Bramgate every morning. Between refreshes a vehicle can be sold, held on deposit, or moved. A car appearing here is not a guarantee it is still available. Call or text before travelling and I will confirm it is on the lot.

Payment calculator

Estimates only. Not an offer of credit. The calculator and any bi-weekly figure shown on a vehicle assume approved credit and a sample rate and term. Your actual payment, rate and term depend on lender approval, your credit, taxes, fees and any incentives in effect. Final figures must be confirmed with me or Bramgate's finance office.

Trade-in and "we buy your car" offers

Any number I give you before seeing the vehicle is preliminary. A firm offer follows a physical inspection and confirmation of the vehicle's history, condition and ownership. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to purchase your vehicle.

Vehicle information and photographs

Descriptions, specifications, features, odometer readings and photographs come from Bramgate's inventory system and are believed accurate, but are representative.
Photographs may not show the exact trim, colour or options of the specific vehicle.
Confirm anything that matters to your decision before you buy. Ask me and I will check the actual car.
Vehicle history reports are produced by CARFAX Canada, not by me.

Delivery

Delivery across Canada can be arranged. Fees vary by destination and are quoted separately. They are not included in any advertised price.

Warranties

Whatever warranty or certification applies to a given vehicle is what appears on the bill of sale from Bramgate Volkswagen. Nothing written on this site adds to it, and vehicles marked as-is are sold as-is.

Using this site

The content, layout and photographs here are not for republication or scraping.

Getting it corrected

If something on this site is wrong, tell me and I will fix it. That is faster than any formal process and I would genuinely rather know.
